Hi PTTG,

It is probably your graphics card causing the problem can you post your system specs?

I updated my drivers and we've made some progress- Now it loads up to a black window that crashes in response to input.

I have a Panasonic CF-52 Toughbook. The CPU is an Intel Core2 Duo @1.8GHz. I have 2 GB ram.
The CF-52 has a Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset for graphics and a Soundmax Integrated Audio card.
The information on the web site is for the "deluxe" version- which costs about $2000 dollars more than the one I bought.

I'll start testing what you suggested; Oh, and I'll put this E-mail up on the forum.

P.S.: I have installed the studio and It's giving me this error on startup : "GL_ARB_multisample" in a window titled "hardware not available."

Hmmm, I don't think an Intel 965 Express Chipset is gonna do the trick...ever. I would be ok to handle the terrain volumes, but not the shaders and noise textures I am using to generate the surface of the planet. If you have access to a PC with a decent NVIDIA or ATI card then it should work.

Huh, that's weird. I've run HL2.2 and, um, Spore on here with pretty respectable frame-rates. Well, I do have a big machine back home that I can try this on.

Actually to be honest, I am little confused. Is the 965 Express Chipset a graphics adapter ?

The 965 Express is a graphics chipset. It's the integrated graphics card for my machine. When I get home I'll give it a try on my big machine.
