Every model should have two RGBA textures with the following channels

1: Diffuse(RGB), Displacement(A)
2: Normal(RGB), Specular(A)

The displacement value is used for parallax mapping. The specular component is just a single value defining the strength of the specular highlight. Also try to keep the texture maps down to 512x512.
